Cookies

 Hey, first  I'm going to tell you about this picture. This a picture of me and my cookies I made for a Valentines Day at my school. ( don't worry, I will tell you how to make them!!) They are iced sugar cookies, they are awesome!!!! Okay heres how you make them.  First, cream 1 1/2 sticks of softened butter 2 cups of sugar and a 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. While creaming, add 4 eggs, 2 teaspoons of baking powder and 1 teaspoon of salt. After, put in the fridge over night or for an hour , I prefer over night. Then put a LOT of flour on to a large space.  Put the dough on the flour and roll out. Cut out with your choice cutter. Put on an ungreased pan. Put in the oven set on  400 degrees. Bake 8-10 min. Add icing.  I expieramented and made my own. ENJOY!!!!!!

Omelets and Things.......

Hey, Well first I want to talk about omelets. You've had an omelet, right? Anyways,  I have made a masterpiece!!!!!!!!! It is called.. MACY'S INCREDIBLE OMELET! First you get how ever many eggs you want. Crack them in a bowl. Add 1-2 capfuls of half and half cream. Scramble. Pour the eggs in a warm, greased skillet. Cut up some onions and peppers then put those in. Add some cheese. If you want to, you can add sausage or meat. Cook at 3 or a little below that (low to medium heat). Make sure you cook ALL the way. Fold over when done.You need to cook it about 10-15 minutes. Add salt and pepper. ENJOY!!! So now you know how to make my omelet. Anyways guess what my mom ordered me? A mohawk wig!! She ordered it for me because I didn't sell enough  City Saver books, and if you sell 5 the first week you get a mohawk wig, but I didn't. :(.  I'm hungry. Bye!!

Taco Salad

Hey, well my grandma, Hehaw( thats what we call her.) Told me I should tell you how to make Taco Salad. So heres how you make it. First you start cooking ground beef. Next you wash the lettuce. Then cut it up.  Take some canned corn and beans,put those in. Finish the ground beef, put that in. Last cut up some tomatoes. Now, mix, but not to much. So now you got that part done. Now you can take Doritos or Torrtia chips. Crush those up. ENJOY!!

Train Tracks and Star Wars

Hello, well I have not got out out of my house since Monday. I was REALLY bord, so I decided to build a train track. I had two tunnels and 11 trains. I also had an animal scenery. It was H-U-G-E... HUGE!!! About 2 hours later my brother, Cade had a tantrum and messed it up. I was so mad.!.! I forgot if I talked about Star Wars last time. Anyways my dad got me to start watching Star Wars, it is AWESOME!!!!

My Christmas Gift!

  Hello , I know i blogged yesterday but , i am bored. So as you know, yesterday was Christmas. I thought that I  could tell you what I got. Well my favorite was i got a MacBook AIR from my parents. I also got some clothes from them to. I also got a mini stapler that's zebra print, color printer, candy, 3 pairs of gloves , cute cup, rain bootes ,sharpies , glitter, from santa. A romote control helicopter from my granny. A shirt , books , necklace, all from my other granny , that we call hehaw. A game and duct tape from my cousin. And a blanket from my aunt. WO, I got a lot. Happy New Year!!!

My First Blog!!!!!

 Hey, its me , Macy and I am going to be blogging about two different topics. One of them is my family and  the other is my cooking. I love cooking. Me and my mom love to cook together.

 I also have other hobbies like reading,practicing softball with my dad,watching T.V., talking, ( only in front of my family.)I also like to listen to music.

 Well, since it was Christmas, I went online and looked up some holiday recipes. I found these things called

Oreo Truffles. They were GREAT!

 Heres how you make them. First you buy two big packs of oreos. Next you take 9 oreos and blend them in a food processor and put them in a small bowl.Next take thirty-six cookies and blend them. After that put a block of cream cheese in and blend that. When that is all gooey make forty- two truffles. Then take chocolate and melt it. Dip the truffles in the chocolate and sprinkle the 9 oreos onto them. Last put them in the fridge for an hour or more. ENJOY!
